This Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the "Policy") sets forth the terms for the processing of personal data of Users ("User(s)", also referred to as "you"), carried out by the emuseum.online platform, available on the Internet at https://emuseum.online (hereinafter – emuseum.online). This Policy defines:

1. What is personal data?
Personal data means information or a set of information about you that enables the person collecting and processing such information to identify you. Personal data may include, in particular, your name, identification number, location data, or other information about you.
Processing of personal data means any action or set of actions with your personal data, including collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, updating, use and dissemination, depersonalization, destruction of personal data.
The purpose of processing, as well as the scope of personal data and processing procedures, are determined by the data controller.

2. What personal data does emuseum.online process and why?
Registered Users
To enable you to purchase and use Services, we ask you to provide your first name, last name, and email address. At your discretion, you may also add a photo or other image to your account in the Online Cinema.
You can also register in the Online Cinema using your Facebook or Google+ accounts. In this case, we gain access to your first name, last name, primary profile picture, and email address.
Additionally, we may use your email address to communicate with you, specifically to:

send you a password reset if you forget it;

send payment confirmations for tickets to view Works;

send other informational messages related to the use of emuseum.online and/or Services.
All Users
We may receive your email address, first name, last name, and other personal data that you provide to us when subscribing to our newsletter. Thus, when you receive a notification that emuseum.online has a new exhibition, remember it is because you asked us to inform you.
We may also collect your email, name, surname, and other data you choose to share when contacting support. This data will be used to respond to your inquiries.
To improve and optimize our website, and to better understand your needs and provide services and advertising relevant to you, we may collect your usage data via cookies. Usage data reflects your behavior on our website, such as which pages you visited and for how long. We may also collect your IP address, location data, browser and operating system details, and screen resolution.
3. Legal grounds for processing personal data
Emuseum.online processes your data on the basis of consent.
By registering in the Online Cinema, you consent to the use and processing of your personal data in accordance with this Policy, as provided in Part 3 of Article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce."
4. Who has access to personal data?
To provide you with quality services, we employ staff and engage third parties who may access your personal data. Such third parties may include:

Independent contractors, including sole proprietors, we engage for services on emuseum.online, such as technical support of the Online Cinema.

Google LLC and its affiliates, which provide Google Analytics services for collecting and tracking statistical data about website use.

Facebook Inc. and its affiliates, which provide Facebook Pixel services for setting up and analyzing ad campaigns on Facebook.

Vimeo Inc. and its affiliates, which provide embedded video player services allowing you to view Works. The player only collects anonymous statistics about the number of views of specific Works.

The payment system Portmone, which processes payments for Services provided through the Online Cinema. Note: emuseum.online does not have access to users’ financial information. Such information is processed solely within the Portmone system.
We may also disclose your data to courts, law enforcement authorities, regulators, or attorneys, if required by law, or to protect the rights and legitimate interests of emuseum.online or third parties, as well as in other cases with your consent or where permitted by law.
5. What rights does the User have?
Every individual has rights regarding their personal data, and emuseum.online respects these rights. As a data subject, you have the right to:

know the sources, location, purpose of processing your personal data, and the location or residence of the controller or persons processing data on their behalf;

obtain information on the conditions of access to your personal data, including third parties to whom data is transferred;

submit a request to emuseum.online to know whether your personal data is being processed, and to access such data, receiving a reply within 30 calendar days of the request;

object to the processing of your personal data;

request modification or deletion of your personal data if it is processed unlawfully or is inaccurate;

protect your personal data from unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage, as well as from the provision of inaccurate or defamatory information;

file complaints regarding personal data processing with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or in court;

restrict the processing of your personal data when giving consent;

withdraw your consent to data processing;

know the mechanism of automated personal data processing;

be protected against automated decision-making that has legal consequences for you.
To exercise these rights, you may send a request to our email: tm@emuseum.com.ua. We will do our best to respond promptly. If your request requires more time, we will notify you. Emuseum.online will not charge a fee for your request. To protect your personal data, we may require you to undergo identification before disclosing requested information.
6. Security and data retention
We apply appropriate security measures to protect your personal data from accidental loss, destruction, unlawful processing, or unauthorized access. For example, we create backups of your data, use secure HTTPS communication, encrypt your passwords, and restrict access to personal data to authorized personnel only when necessary.
The data you provide to register an Account will be stored for as long as your Account exists. If you request deletion of your Account, all related data will also be deleted.
Other personal data we collect will be stored as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. If you wish us to stop processing such data, please contact us with a relevant request.
7. Cookies
Cookies are small pieces of code stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the server to provide you with personalized information tailored to your needs the next time you use the platform or website.
